Why I Decided to Become a Natural Contraception and Fertility Educator

Trying to understand fertility was a challenge; I didn't know if I was ovulating, whether my cycle was healthy, or when my next period would arrive.

The year of 2022 marked the beginning of a transformative journey for me. I quit my job as an insolvency accountant, a role I had landed with my degree in accounting and finance. Instead, I discovered a profound passion for women's health and pursued a Menstrual Cycle Coaching Certification, which I completed successfully.

2023 was a time of self-reflection and purpose discovery. I embarked on the path of starting my Menstrual Cycle Coaching business and transitioning to a more authentic version of myself.

My personal struggles with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and fertility served as a catalyst for my newfound passion. Trying to understand fertility was a challenge; I didn't know if I was ovulating, whether my cycle was healthy, or when my next period would arrive. Nonetheless, my innate desire to learn, embody, and share knowledge that could help others was growing.

When the opportunity for Natural Contraception & Fertility Educator Training at Cyclical School presented itself, I didn't think twice before signing up. It was a huge hell yes!

I have recently completed my training and it has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to become more attuned to my body, know when I am ovulating and develop a greater sense of intuition. Now, my goal is to help others establish a similar profound connection with their bodies.

I am committed to promoting body literacy, and educating on topics that seem to have been missed in health class. I aim to assist individuals in achieving their fertility and natural contraception goals, whether it involves transitioning off hormonal birth control, using natural contraception, achieve pregnancy, or simply wanting to understand their bodies and fertility better.
