Follicular: Planting of Seeds
The follicular phase is about joy, creativity, and setting goals. Try new recipes, create a vision board, bring fresh flowers into your space, increase movement, visit museums, and indulge in hobbies. Use this time to ignite your passions and nourish your soul.
Ovulation: Embrace Radiant Energy
Ovulation is the peak of the menstrual cycle's yang energy. Celebrate self-expression, connection, and sensuality. Dance, wear statement clothes, spend time with loved ones, join group workouts, sing, and engage in creative activities. Embrace your vibrant, radiant energy.
Luteal: Nurture Well-being
The luteal phase can be challenging, but remember to be kind to yourself. Include warming foods, take nature walks, practice meditation, apply castor oil packs, engage in bodyweight exercises, keep a dream journal, and immerse yourself in water. Nurture your well-being.
